What if the shoe I want says "Out of Stock"?

We're sorry for this inconvenience, we just can't keep it on the shelves.  Please write us a note with the shoe Style, Color and Size you are requesting, and we'll personally let you know when to expect it. 


How long does my shipment usually take to process once I place an order?

Once payment is confirmed and received there is typically a one-day processing period before going in the mail.  Please notify us immediately after placing an order if you have expedited needs we should be aware of.
