Shipping Information

We use USPS Priority and Express Mail, flat-rate shipping, to ensure on-time and cost effective domestic delivery.  All prices are to ship one pair of shoes.  If you purchase multiple pairs we will gladly pack your shoes and ship to best minimize costs, and only charge you what it costs us.

2nd Day — $20 flat rate
Overnight – $55 flat rate

All shipping includes tracking and insurance.  We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive packages throughout the day (like an office).

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.  d/e goods will only authorize a refund or exchange for merchandise sold from our on line store.  Reimbursement will be issued for the full amount paid if the returned product is in original condition, unworn, undamaged and including original packaging.  Please include order number and your information.  We are sorry but returns will cannot be accepted if the products have been used or are visibly damaged.  

If the returned product does not fulfill our terms, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.  The customer will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.

How to Return Your Order

To facilitate the processing of your request for an exchange or refund, please contact us by email prior to returning the item(s).  You will be issued an RA number along with the address of where to send your order.  Please include your order number as well as contact contact information and details of items being returned.
